Toad Debugger - cannot terminate, or close editor, session or Toad

I was mid debugging some PL/SQL in a package using the TOAD debugger when my session was killed (long story, it was done by someone by mistake, but sometimes I've had to do it because the debugging has hung). After reconnecting the session, it is not possible to terminate debugger, close editor, session or Toad.

  1. Terminate Debugger Session : "Connection is not connected" (it is)
  2. Close Editor : "Terminate debug session and close?". Yes... Goto 1.
  3. Close Session : "End Connection?" Goto 2.
  4. Close Toad : Goto 2.

Thanks for the report. I've been working on problems due to disconnections lately. I'll give this a try.

I know it's been a while...but I just tried this and can reproduce it. I'll fix for 14.1.
