Hello: I’m using TOAD 12.1 for Oracle. I use Code snippets for getting hints that I need. However, the code snippets are empty after installing the new version. What can I do to rectify this?

Do you see other settings from previous versions of Toad? You can always try to re-import your settings, just go to utilities > copy user settings…
