Create DB Link saved password

When I upgraded to TOAD 13, the software no longer brings in a saved password when creating a database link. For Example, I used to be able to choose Database > Create > DB Link and pick an existing connection with a saved password and it automatically brought the saved password into the connection. When I try this now, the Password for connection field is blank. Is this a user setting, bug, or new feature?

It was a security problem. Someone discovered that you could use this feature to get encrypted passwords out of Toad by going in there and then hitting "show sql". So now you have to type in the password yourself, to prove that you know it.
