We have multiple users that are getting a Critical files missing message when they try to start Toad. The missing file is CertifiedversionPolicy.cab. Then when we look at that file it says that the Certificate was revoked by its certification authority.
Please open a case with Quest Support. A hotfix has been produced for this and they should have additional information on obtaining it.
I should have added that if you can upgrade to Toad for Oracle 17.0 then you will be OK. Toad 17.0 was signed using a newer certificate.
Great. We are trying to do that now, upgrade to Oracle 17.0.

Is there anymore information on how to obtain the hotfix in case installing version 17 is not an option?
