Install version 15 without internetaccess

We installed Version 15.0.97.1178 on a PC without internet access, during the start of taod we get the message, that the file certifiedGroupPolicy.cab is missing. Before Version 13.2 was installed, without problems. Is internet access a requirement for using Toad?

You got that after just running the installer? It should put down all the required files.

Internet access is not a requirement for using Toad.
