Ctrl + Tab behavior for a single editor

Does anyone know of a way to use ctrl + tab behavior for the tabs in a single editor window? Similar to the way ctrl + tab moves through the windows in the “Window Bar”. Thank you.

  3. These have been in the Editor for many years. I think they are documented in the help, but I don’t see them from a quick glance.
