Windows 7 Pro X64 SP1
In debug mode if I switch to any other opened (or even new) tab, I cannot edit any character in all of them.
Seems to me not to reasonable.

I agree. It has been this way for a long time. I assume it was just to make sure that the executable line map of any loaded objects are not changed in case you step into them, but I don't see any harm in allowing the edit buffer to get out of sync with the
database. If so the line numbers just won't match when stepping, but so what. For next beta debugging will not make tabs readonly.
