Describe Objects Window not allowing toggle of package spec/body

If I click on a package name and press F4 it will bring up the package spec, but often I want to view the package body. There used to be a toggle button to view spec or body, but that is no longer present.

I do have permission to read the source (either as DBA user or as the package owner).

It would be ok if the describe window opened 2 tabs, one for spec and one for the body, or if it was one tab with a toggle.

If I click on a package procedure then the package body will be opened but then I don’t get to toggle to the spec.

I’m using 25.3.346.7343

I don’t recall seeing this behavior in the prior release so I assume it’s something new.
Is this a bug, a new intended features, or a setting I need to change?

Hi Sean,

Hm, I still see the toggle button. For me, the only time it disappears is when you click it, the package has no body, it gives you a message to that effect...then the button goes away for that package. But if I F4 that package again, the button returns.

We do have a setting in the main Toad options window to show both (the default setting is unchecked)

If that is checked, they both appear in the same tab and you have nodes for spec and body, as shown here. And...in that case, the "Toggle" button goes away.

Maybe you have that option checked, but you have a lot of nodes under the spec, so the body is pushed way down?
