That was it!! You don’t know how long I have been frustrated by this simple fact.
I don’t understand exactly what the meaning is of the item that was checked, but that finally for the first time allowed me to see the entire utilization of our reporting system’s super-user connections for routine troubleshooting (and occasional process kills).

There’s a red (or gray) filter/funnel button on the toolbar. Click the dropdown beside it. Are one of the checked exclusions preventing you from seeing them? You can also click the button for more filter options.
