Error Installing 32bit ODAC set up

Hello,
I am trying to install ODAC file 32bit because I want to run a 3bit Report Builder Application. The 64 bit was successfully installed but the 32 bit gives this error. I have installed version Java 1.8 but still get the error. I need help.
