error on each check in for team coding in Toad 12.11.0.95

Hello,

I just installed the latest version of Toad. And now, each time I check in, I get an error pop-up. However, it looks like the check in worked. Is anyone else seeing this?

Can you provide any further information on what error you’re receiving? Does it produce a call stack?
