Error popup: Couldn't change association "Toad Command Script"

In Toad Data Point, when I try to change an Option, I get a series of popups like:

Couldn’t change association “Toad Command Script”

How do I fix it? Re-install?

Which version Toad Data Point and windows you use? Which option you try change?

Petr - thanks for the reply. I am using both Toad Data and Toad for Oracle. After closing all Toad applications, and restarting the problem went away. Thanks!
