Export Dataset into Excel Instance

One of my coworkers complained that as of yesterday, TOAD all of a suddent started to open a new excel instance every time when he exports a dataset instead of adding another tab to already opened instance.

What has he altered to cause this behavior?

I cannot see any option that controls it.

Version of TOAD is 11.6 Excel is 2010

Use the “Excel Instance” export option. It sounds like you are using the “Excel File” export option.

No, he is definitily using Excel Instance option

Hm. Is there more than one instance of Excel running? Check in Task Manager.
