Is there an option/flag to prevent the window "Recover Documents" poping up after logon?
I don't want to see this window because, if you need it, you can open it chosing File > Recover Documents.

Looking for this answer as well. It's really annoying on some Citrix installs where the Recover Docs never comes to the front and then it is a tab swap fest to find it.
You cannot disable that window without turning off automatic backups. To disable backups, uncheck the "Backup editor every N minutes" option on the Editor > Behavior page in Toad's Options window.
