I had a permanent version of Toad that my company purchased, but our Bank just converted to a new Desktop image and now I am only able to access the ‘trial’ version of toad.
I have my original license key and was wondering if I am able to change the trial version (Base Edition version 12.6) to a permanent version.
Toad Trial version will not accept a permanent key. You will need to download a commercial version of the product

Brad, thanks for the info. I did try to download a commercial version of the product using the Dell Support website, however, my laptop is requiring an “Administrator’s” User ID & Password which I do not have access to. Thus the problem…
