Hello,
I recently migrate on new PC with Win11 and latest Toad 2025 R1 and I'm noticing that active tab color is almost indistinctly regarding to inactive tabs as is visible below. How can I change color for my current active tab? On Win10 I have still version 2024 R2 so I can't be sure if reason is Toad or Windows version.
Regards,

You cannot change the color directly, but you can change the tab style. Some of the styles introduce accent colors, borders, and other visual cues. You can also try a different Toad theme. See the Color Schemes page in Options.
I used Document tab style Office11. It''s seem to me that is still the best choice among available options. Color schemes doesn't fit me right now. It's too different from this default. I hardly believe that (I assume) Infragistics doesn't have any choice just to make active tab in more distinct color.
I would really like to see this more clear regarding to other tabs. Thanks for now.
I've never heard of Infragistics so I had to Google it. We don't use that and it isn't even applicable to Toad.
The default tab style should mirror Windows. It does on my Server 2022 machine. It sounds like Windows 11 has softened things up a little bit. Here is Toad in the background with Windows Internet Options in the foreground in Server 2022. The colors are identical. Toad adds some images and an "X" to close.
For various reasons, I do not use Win 11 as I find the UI changes to be... crappy. Unfortunately Server 25 has moved in that direction as well so I think I'm stuck on my next upgrade.
