Is it possible to run a toad automated job from the command line?

Can you launch an automated Toad job from the command line and pass in a parameter to a variable? Something like:

C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Data Analysts 3.1\toad.exe -batch=true J:\Extracts\CreatePDFs.tas 1stParameterValue 2ndParameterValue

No. We do not have this feature. Someone asked us about this once before. What is the use case? Perhaps it can be solved a different way.
