In the "Toad Edge 2.7.0 User Guide" on page 53 you have these steps:
Repository is not an option when right-clicking on a database, you have to right-click on a Schema to map a database to a file system.
The issue also exists in 2 additional places at the bottom of page 54:

Michael, you're right, it would be better to change “database” with “schema” for PostgreSQL.
