A number of users brought this issue recently.
While installing SQL Navigator 5.1 for the first time (no previous versions) from a central point of software distribution via silent install it appears that FormatterPlus files are NOT installed. This leads to AV, while attempting to use formatting feature. The issue will be addressed in future release.
Meanwhile here is a workaround:
- copy both FmtOptions application and FmtPlus.dll files from another PC and
paste them into C:\Program Files\Quest Software\SQL Navigator 5.1 folder
Alternatively, if you don’t have those files, ask Quest Support for sending them to
you.
2) close and re-launch SQL Navigator
The problem should now disappear.
