I do have a question. I did purchase some toad licenses + 3 years support that becomes expiring soon.
Can I still use Toad, as the permanent licences were purchased, without support (and I understand that I cannot get support nor more recent versions)?

When you purchased Toad using perpetual licenses, yes, you own the product and can continue to use the product, at least as of the latest version when your maintenance expires.
Obviously, we would strongly encourage you to renew maintenance, not only to continue support, but also to continue to freely upgrade Toad to the latest versions that can accommodate new database upgrades and capabilities.
Talk to your friendly Quest Software Account Manager or renewals rep before the maintenance expires.
