Hi, have noticed this a few times now.
Needed to kill a TOAD session and notice that the menu collapses when it has its session killed.

Thanks reporting this. I've seen it a few times too (also after lost connection) but haven't found the exact cause yet. Hopefully we'll figure it out and get it fixed soon. I've discovered that it seems to go back to normal if I minimize Toad and restore it.

Hi John,
also for me, minimize and maximizing toad will restore the buttons to be able to click them.
It nearly happens every time for me when i lost the connection to the db during execution of an statement or when i have to kill my session because of some reason.
