Model <name> can't be locked

I was trying to run a change script:
Model->Generate Change Script->run and I am getting this error:

he same happens for "Compare and Generate Report"

Hello,
I don't know what caused it but it means that something in your model is in an "edited" state. The easiest way how to fix it is to save the model, close it, and reopen it again.
