I'm currently using TDP 5.3. I'm having trouble authenticating against a new MS SQL Azure database that requires multifactor authentication.
When I click on the go the SQL Azure Portal page, it seems to like to https://manage.windowsazure.com/ which is a broken link. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
