It sounds like you lost all of your user files. I’m not sure which version of Toad you are running but later versions have a utility to copy over user files from previous installs. Go to Utilities > copy user settings and see what is available.
Version 12.6 and later has a utility in the copy user files screen that exports user files to a zip file if you ever need to recover them later or if you’re switching machines. Once you have everything setup how you like it you can always export in case you have to recover again. The SQL recall window itself also has an import/export utility

Subject: [Toad for Oracle - Discussion Forum] Named sql has disappeared
Named sql has disappeared
Thread created by jthomps8
Hello,
When I brought up TOAD this morning, I discovered that I had nothing on my TOAD for Oracle Database Login screen. No big deal, since I can easily re-enter user, database, etc. However, I also lost my named SQL. Not sure what else may have been deleted, but if possible, I’d really like to recover the named sql.
Thanks in advance for your advice.
Jeanne
