Nav 6.7 Crashing.

Ok, here goes a post in the new environment. Not sure how to distinguish between beta and current navigator, but here goes…

I have a coworker that just upgraded to 6.7, he is on an xp PC (I am on Windows 7). Navigator keeps crashing with numerous messages. Is there some things that are “generic” that I can have him try? I know some times you have people clear out registry entries and such. Just curious. I know this isn’t much, but I was hopeful.

Hi Dale,

We would like to confirm if you already tried to remove the following registry?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Quest Software\SQL Navigator 6.7.0

and user document setting:

C:\Documents and Settings\YourUser\Application Data\Quest Software\SQL Navigator 6.7.0
