New Dark Mode or Window issue in 16.0.16

When flipping from Schema Browser to Editor window in tabbed windows, the separator at the top of the Editor window picks up noise from the Schema Browser window:

Flipping to multi-window mode does not clear the issue:

Minimizing, then bringing back Toad does clean the noise:

I would tag this as a really low priority as it does not effect functionality or readability in Toad, just a minor visual glitch...

I have also seen this, and the "Noise" appears to be from which even Window is Active at the time you open a new Editor Window....

Also happens with the "Query Builder" also..

I can reproduce this and am investigating. It will be fixed soon (maybe not next beta, but soon).
