new install Toad for Oracle 12.8

I am installing Toad for Oracle 12.8 for my new manager that replaced our director. How do I make it recognize/point to Oracle - its not reconizing the path.

Also, our account is listed under my previous director’s name/email young@usfca.edu. Can we get our account updated to our new director’s credentials?

As far as getting it to recognize the Oracle client goes, ensure that the “bits” match. 32 bit Toad requires a 32 bit Oracle client and 64 bit Toad requires a 64 bit Oracle client.

You’ll probably have to contact someone in Sales to get the name changed.
