inproper mailserver configuration

Good Morning Toad-Team
Yesterday I've ordered a trial license for the newest Toad for Oracle. Unfortunately, the license never reached us.
This morning I've checked our SMTP Gateway and found, that you have a problem in your mailserver configuration., which is probably the sending address for the trial license, does not have an RDNS entry.
Due to this, the mail is rejected by our gateway.

Please fix your mailserver issue and let me know once done, so I can reorder the trial license.
