This is by no means critical, but I had decided a name I had chosen for a package was not correct, so I had it open in navigator, but built it with a new name in sqlplus (dropping the old name). When I came back to navigator I had the message up, no way to close it, navigator is totally interactive with this popup, but everything else in navigator beeps when I try to click it. Also interesting to note I did have a filter and a user that has an inordinate amount of packages filtered (Oracle applications).
