I can't load all my projects.
I downloaded the latest version of TOAD BET today.
When I opened TOAD (updated), in the 'Project Manager' I have 2 projects (tabs) and only the 2nd one showed up loaded. The 1st project was blank.
On the 1st tab, I tried to load the project that’s missing and it doesn’t load.

The last time I changed any Project Manager code was about 1 month ago, but I only changed some of the icons. I don't think that would cause this.
I see that the file size is only 1kb, and the backup files are larger (95Kb). I know that you run multiple copies of Toad at the same time. I wonder if the Project Manager files were corrupted. You look at them with notepad to see the contents.
Toad automatically makes backups of these files.
The backup files are in %APPDATA%\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\26.3 beta\User Files Backups. You can unzip them to see what is inside each one.
Update: I think we only back up the default project manager file. you may need to recover from one of Project--T...._bak.tpr files that I see in your screen shot

Regarding the Toad copies; I have versions R1, R2, and Toad beta R3. And I use Toad Neta R3.
Regarding the "tpr" files (originals and backups); I have 2 custom ones (Project--TC.tpr and Project--IN.tpr) and I see that the content of the 2nd tab is full, the 2nd file (the one from the 1st tab) is empty.
These files are not included in the ZIP, only the file "Project.tpr" appears.
I will make a change for next version so that all .TPR files are backed up into the zip file, not just the Project.tpr.
I'm sorry your 2nd file got lost. I hope it is not too much work to rebuild.
I don't know how it happened but I will look at the code to see if I can find the problem.
