I use "Prompt for reload on activation if timestamp has changed" option, because my loaded files are often changed by a checkout in Git, external AI tools, etc.
The thing that I find REALLY annoying though is reloads prompt me again for "This file contains multiple objects which can be split across x tabs to aid in editing." each time. Why can't this remember how I opened the file in the first place?
Opening => Ask me. (For example I like to split packages in *.sql files into spec and body tabs)
Reload => Don't ask me each time, remember my "Opening" setting.
