I just upgraded to TOAD for Oracle 2025 R3 (25.3.346.7343)
When I go into Schema Browser the tabs are all showing. I have my Browser Style set to Tabbed. I compared it to my other version of Toad which is the R2 version and all the settings are identical and in the R2 version it is correct but in the new R3 version it looks like this.

You can get single-row tab style back by unchecking multiline here (not in main options).
This has been fixed for next version.
