Several suggestions

Hi

I would be grateful if Toad is going to support OpenOffice’s Base? Just like supporting Microsoft Access.

Another thing I would like to improve is on “Settings” --> “Options” on the “Paths” option. I think it would be quite useful to check if the path is valid when the user click on the “OK” button. At the moment Toads allow user to key in the paths. I have entered the paths, unfortunately I have mis-spell the paths, when I try to save the model, the save dialog box just use the default paths, I tried it several time, finally, I have find out that the path I enter is not correct. I think it would be useful if Toad cannot find the path, It will pop up a message to say the path is invalid and if the user want to create the paths or something.

  1. Support of Open Office - Next db coverage plan has not been determined yet. CR # 55 159.
