Squares appearing in data grid instead of numbers

Hi , I am using Toad 10.1 and after running a query instead of seeing bthe results in the data grid displaying as numbers I just see 6 squares.
Any Ideas? Thanks.

That should have read licensed and under current maintenance. You cannot
download updates just because years ago you purchased – you must be on
maintenance plan ….

Squares often mean a FONT issue. Please send a screenshot which shows the query
and the results

I have also seen this caused by old Oracle clients - even when no unicode is
involved.
