Dear All:
Often when I start the TOAD, after the connection done, it shows many earlier queries in a dialog box and what to do with. Usually, I select all of them and then delete.
Is there a way to avoid those queries to appear at the startup ?
Any help, advise, suggestion will be highly appreciated.
Sounds like you’re referring to Editor backup files for recovering. When
Toad crashes or is abnormally killed, and you have Editor files, you’ll
see that. So either Toad is crashing on you frequently or you’re killing
it.
In any case, if you really don’t want that feature, go to Options >
Editor > Behavior and uncheck “Backup Editor…”
