fairly straight-forward report ( tdr file ). where the output to an excel file results in several columns of the report are merged cells. not all of the columns mind you.
although the column data is small, example: the cell data value is: TOAD
the actual excel report would merge as many as 5 cells to hold the value of TOAD.
This is highly undesirable, and i cannot figure out how to suppress/correct this.
refer to the attached image, you will see a simple column of data ( event reg id ) having the simple value of 52701 - look at the top of the image, 5 cells are MERGED to handle this simple data value.
has anyone experienced this ? or have any suggestions ?
