TDM crashes on creating new logical model

This is a bug report.
After playing around with the customization example from the documentation, I'm not able to work with TDM any more. Every time I try to create a new LDM, TDM will immediately abort with a severe error.
The error logfile ist attached. When I manually delete the created package, everything works fine again.

Holger

Hi Holger,

Please send us the package you created (to modeling@quest.com).
We will check it out.

Thanks!

Thanks Vladka.
Please find a zip file with the package in the attachment.
I was trying to open a support case but the error logfile is too large. So I couldn’t paste its content into the description box of the case-form.

Holger

“Test 2” to “Test2”

Anyway, our developers are ready to help you with the customization. It seems you are trying to customize the LER report. Please do not hesitate to write us what exactly you need and we will point you to the right direction, advise, help.
(You can write here or to modeling@quest.com.)

Thanks.

Hello,

Please find attached the corrected package.
The problem was that it is not allowed to use spaces for class and property names in metamodel. So, we renamed your property:
P1.zip (942 Bytes)

Thanks Vladka.
I wasn’t trying to achieve anything special. I just played around with some features to make myself aquainted with TDM and see, how I could use it. It was my first try with customization - and the result was of course not very gratifying. So I do not need further help at the moment, but thank you for the competent and fast answer.
This way, I have tested the support too, and I can say that I am quite satisfied

Thanks again,
Holger

Hello Holger,

O.K. I see.

Please feel free to look around our community for some sample scripts, sample user packages, movies…, and our weblog for some tutorials on the customization…

I know it’s not sufficient. Unfortunately, it is possible to document it all. What we suggest is to let us know what you want to customize, what is the expected result, and we will make/offer a particular solution for you to perfectly meet your needs.

In case of any questions on TDM, please write us back.
P.S. Happy to hear that you are satisfied with our support.
Thanks.
