When editing a file and I wish to highlight a section of text, I hold down [Shift] and then press [Down Arrow]. Sometimes, but not always, the editor does not highlight text when I do this. If I hit [Down Arrow] a second time, Toad will always begin highlighting the text, starting with the position of the cursor after I hit [Down Arrow] the first time.
While this happens relatively often, it does not always happen and I’ve been unable to determine exactly what triggers the behavior. What I can say is that is very annoying. Has anyone else experienced this bug?
