Tnsames where is?

Hi all

i have no a dream but a big problem.
In my toad I don't connect beacause there isn't the tnsnames ora .
The location is C:\app\LENOVO\product\12.1.0\client_1\network\admin

how can i do to connect with toad?
Sql developer is ok but toad no.

Create a TNS_ADMIN environment variable and set the value to C:\app\LENOVO\product\12.1.0\client_1\network\admin
