I recently installed 32-bit TOAD version 12.0.0.61 on Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1 32-bit.
When I opened the ‘Tablespaces’ features ‘Space History’ and ‘IO History’ panels I was presented with a single vertical broken line dated ‘12/30/99’ and no data.
According to TOAD support this is a known fault and you need to the use ‘By datafile’ feature.
Then wait for a fix in a future release.
