I recently got a new Windows 10 laptop and download/installed 12.10.0.30 64 bit. This version seems to crash two to three times a day. Anyone else having this trouble? Or, any suggested actions to take to make it more stable?

An error log file (Toad.el) should be written to Toad’s appdata folder. The default location is %APPDATA%\Dell\Toad for Oracle\12.10. If you have Toad.el please post it.

There are four directories located there, but no file. I checked the directories and didn’t find a toad.el file.
Directories listed:
RuleSets
ScriptMgr
Unixjobs
User Files

Not all crashes yield logs, unfortunately. Can you describe anything about the crash like what you are doing and what type of exception is raised? Post a screenshot of the error dialog.
