I have installed the latest toad for oracle version. I noticed that the table analyze has changed a lot from the previous version.

Thanks, it's been reported and it has been fixed for 13.3 once we start up betas again.
The analyze window is opening up on the connection that was last used with it. As a workaround, you can just change connections on the window when it opens, or instead open it from Database -> Optimize -> Analyze Objects
