For some reason, there are two different dialogs for saving a file in the editor:
This is the standard MacOS dialog that appears when you save a new file.
This dialog appeared after I first saved a file and then deleted the file manually.
When I wanted to save it again, this dialog from the 18th century appeared
Hi Dirk,
To make sure I understand:
- Go to Editor. enter some text, save. Standard mac save dialog appears
- Delete the saved file
- In Editor, click "Save as". Old Windows save dialog appears
Is that correct?
That's correct.
After deleting the file and switching back to Toad the following message appears
(For some reason in the upper left corner)
I click "Yes" to keep the file, of course.
Than click "Save as"
