Toad Option to not open the Login Window automatically when opening Toad

I have Toad for Oracle Version 11.0.0.116. When I open Toad 2 windows automatically open: the Toad for Oracle window with tabs for File, Edit, Search, Session, etc and the Toad for Oracle Database Login window that allows me to log into a database. I would like to know if I can set an option to stop Toad from automatically opening the Toad for Oracle Database Login window. I would like only one window to open. I can then select the correct tab to open the Login window myself.

The reason that I need to do this is because when I log in remotely and try to use Toad there are times when Toad opens and I am able to see the Toad for Oracle window but I am unable to see the Toad for Oracle Database Login window. When this happens I cannot login to a database and I cannot use any of the functionality of Toad because there is a window open that I cannot access.

Thank you for your help.
