Toad-SS 5.6 Recent file list - Not showing what has been working on

I am wondering if others are aware of this issue before I send in a support
request for a bug fix..

In the below graphic I have 20 recent files shown but the two I worked on
Yesterday (6-Mar-2012) ,show up in the open dialogue, but DON NOT appear in the
recent file list.

Please advise if as a user you are seeing this anomaly on a regular basis

Could you describe detailed steps for reproduce? Did you close your Toad after edit of files? Do you save your files after edit? I will try to reproduce this issue if I have clear scenario.
