I have searched this forum and can't find anything on this. I am using Toad Data Point ver 6.3 (64 bit) on a laptop with Windows 11. When trying to automate a .tsm, using the automation wizard with Export data and email option, when I get to Choose file destinate, I do not see the ellipsis next to the Name to navigate to the folder I want, I also do not see any choices for the suffix.
I have been using an older version of Toad on a remote PC, so I believe they should be displayed there
Just to be clear, sounds like you're describing the Name field within the Select-to-File task, and the drop-down for pre-defined suffixes, per snap below. Let us know if otherwise.
Can I ask what your screen resolution and DPI or font scale settings are?
Certain combinations can wreak havoc with Windows apps, and is certainly the case with Toad, especially for high densities, or font mags over 150%.
e.g. certain window panes, fields, and icons could appear as cut off, truncated, distorted, etc.
If this is your case, try playing with different res settings on your monitor.
FYI, next 6.4 release (coming in the next few months) will support higher res settings, so stay tuned.

I did change my screen scale to 100% (it was at 150%) and did try a few other display resolutions, but this did not help, I still see the same thing
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated
