There is no setting. Maybe you just need to refresh the Schema Browser.
Or maybe you are looking in the wrong schema.
Oh, wait. I just saw your subject line....Sybase? This is the Toad for Oracle forum. Which product are you using? I can't tell by your screenshot.

I found the reason why!
"None" should be checked!
If "None" is unchecked, it shows nothing when you click +Tables.
Oh, ok, Toad for Sybase. That's a different product and I know nothing about it. Glad you figured it out.
