XML Export

Is there a way to export my data into a XML file with multiple levels using toad?

You can use the Export Wizard to export the data of a table or query into an Xml File. You can enter the Export Wizard from right click menu while in the object explorer or with a result set, or you could choose it from the Tools->Export menu. When selecting the Output Format, select Xml Data from the drop down.

I have not tried exporting to xml with 3.5 yet but past versions only exported an xml table.

This is not something we currently support.
