Access Violation in 5.5

SQL Navigator

Hi guys,
I"ve been recently keep getting different access violation errors and the navigator closes afterwards once clicked on ok.

Access violation at address 7C84CDE2 in module ‘ntdll.dll’. Write of address 00000014

The navigator is installed on a VMWare Windows Server 2003 with SP2.
The navigator version is 5.5.0.713

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Are you using Oracle client 11g? SQL Navigator 5.5.0 doesn’t support 11g client. If you want to use 11g client, you need to upgrade to SQL Navigator 5.5.4 at least.
