Add commit and rollback buttons in SDI mode

In Toad 13.

When multiple windows are open in full screen mode they cover the main toad menu.

Having those buttons in each window would be very handy.

Now you need to find the main window before being able to commit ... 
or in the editor type commit; and hit Ctrl-Enter

or allow the main toad menu window to stay on top

or allow the other windows to not coffer the main window when both are in full screen mode

anyway, make it quicker to find a commit button

There’s commit/rollback buttons right above the data grid in schema browser RHS data tab, and in Editor.
